When will my machine be delivered?

Q1 2025 delivery is available for all pre-orders placed before our launch date. We offer nationwide Canadian delivery with white-glove setup included on Pro and Fleet tiers.

Is financing available?

Yes. We partner with leading Canadian equipment finance providers. Fleet tier customers receive dedicated financing support. Contact us for custom financing terms on any order.

What does the warranty cover?

Base tier includes a 1-year parts and labour warranty. Pro tier includes a 3-year full warranty. Fleet tier includes a 5-year fleet warranty with priority service response.

What attachments are compatible?

Both machines use industry-standard quick-coupler systems, compatible with hundreds of attachments from leading manufacturers. Pro and Fleet tiers include premium attachments at no extra cost.

Can I see the machines before I buy?

We're scheduling demo days across Canada. Pre-order customers receive priority invitations to regional demo events. Contact us to request a demo in your area.

What is the deposit to pre-order?

A fully refundable deposit secures your place in the delivery queue. No risk — if you change your mind before delivery, we refund 100% of your deposit.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Currently we serve the Canadian market exclusively. We're exploring US expansion for 2026. Join our mailing list to be notified when US orders open.

What training is included?

All tiers include a comprehensive operator training manual and access to our online training portal. Pro tier includes one full day of on-site operator training. Fleet tier includes multi-day crew training.
